[Sample] AI-Enabled Dispatch of Carbon-Neutral Power Systems

Guest Editors: Prof. Lucía Fernández (TU Delft) · Dr. Wei Chen (Tsinghua University) · Dr. Michael Okonkwo (NREL)

As power systems approach full decarbonisation, system operators face unprecedented uncertainty in generation, demand and network constraints. This special issue invites original contributions on machine-learning-based forecasting and dispatch, reinforcement learning for real-time market clearing, physics-informed optimisation, and the safety, interpretability and governance of AI tools deployed in critical energy infrastructure.
